Mandy’s outfit caught my eye foot-first. I was walking my dog Chuck at the Howloween Pug parade hosted by Insta-famous pug Helmut. The silver heels of her boots paired with the swinging tassels of her pants made this all-black outfit instantly photo worthy and decidedly Taurus. I immediately ditched my pup with my husband and snapped her look. I normally don’t gravitate to all-black outfits but Mandy’s is one that was luxe, interesting and sleek.
